For twenty years, customers asked HOCATT® the same question: what else should we offer alongside the chamber? And for twenty years, the answer was no.
That changed in September. HOCATT, the multi-technology wellness platform used in more than twenty countries since 2004, announced a strategic partnership with Genesis Regenerative. It is the first time in the company’s history that it has offered another company’s products alongside its own.
The announcement is interesting. The reason behind it is more interesting.
What it took to get a yes
HOCATT founder and CEO André Smith explained the decision plainly: his clients trust what comes out of a HOCATT session, and he wasn’t going to put anything next to it that couldn’t meet the same bar. According to Smith, Genesis met it with:
- Independent third-party testing
- Three Medical Directors
- An eleven-clinician Clinical Advisory Board
- Complete transparency of all documentation
In his words, “That’s rare in this industry.” He’s right. Regenerative and longevity medicine is a field where genuine progress sits right next to overstated marketing, and where the patients most drawn to new options are often the ones with the least room for a wrong turn.
Four questions every practice should ask
You don’t need twenty years to apply the same discipline. Before any regenerative or wellness product earns a place in your practice, ask:
- What has been independently tested? Not marketing claims, but third-party verification you can see.
- Who provides clinical oversight? Named medical directors and advisors, not anonymous endorsements.
- Can I see the documentation? If a partner hesitates to share it, that tells you something.
- Who is this truly right for, and how will we measure it? Honest patient selection and clear expectations protect both the patient and the practice.
These are the questions we ask of every solution before we bring it to a practice. They are also why we chose to represent Genesis.
How the two platforms fit together
Each platform can be offered on its own. Practices that offer both get something neither provides alone.
HOCATT combines up to ten technologies, including hyperthermia, transdermal ozone, carbonic acid, far infrared, PEMF, microcurrent, photon light and oxygen, in a single 30-minute, spa-like session designed to support relaxation and rejuvenation. Owners typically run it as a recurring program, which builds a steady rhythm of returning clients.
Genesis Regenerative’s Roadmap to Health is a three-stage program for qualified medical practitioners:
- Assess: pharmacogenomic and nutrigenomic testing to understand the individual before anything is recommended.
- Restore: the Regenerative Protein Array (RPA), an acellular, non-DNA biologic with more than 320 proteins verified by a CLIA lab, for use by qualified medical practitioners.
- Maintain: the Push Patch®, a needle-free transdermal delivery system.
Together, they give longevity, functional, integrative and wellness practices a structured path: a recurring wellness rhythm on one side, and an assessment-led clinical program on the other.
Who should be paying attention
This pairing is most relevant for longevity and anti-aging practices, functional and integrative medicine, concierge practices, med spas, wellness centers, and current HOCATT owners looking to add a clinically supervised program. It is not a replacement for conventional care, and it isn’t right for every patient. That’s exactly why the vetting questions matter.
