Mental Health Screening & Testing

Six conditions. A one-minute screen. Screening and testing as soon as today.

If you're the first clinician your patients see, you're also the first chance to catch what they aren't saying. We help practices put validated, multi-condition mental health screening and testing in place, in the office or virtually, with almost no added work.

69%

of patients who met criteria for depression reported only physical symptoms as the reason for their visit.

How It Works

Simple to start. Easy to keep using.

01

Sign up and train

Quick sign-up and self-paced training, about 20 minutes per team member. Practices can be up and running the same day.

02

Screen in about a minute

Eight yes/no questions on a tablet the front desk hands over, or through a secure link patients open on their own phone before a virtual visit. The tablet resets itself for the next patient.

03

Test only what's flagged

If anything is flagged, targeted testing starts automatically, usually 2 to 5 minutes, with a suicide-risk check included. Reports go to your EHR with billing and documentation guidance.

What It Screens For

One screen. Six conditions. Patients 12 and up.

Depression
Anxiety
ADHD
Bipolar Disorder
Substance Use
Somatic Symptoms

Rules out all six with 97% weighted negative predictive power. Validated, peer-reviewed and published in the Journal of Clinical Psychology in Medical Settings. Not a PHQ-9 or GAD-7. Supports established CPT workflows for practices that bill insurance.
